What we collect
- Google account basics when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- Your WhatsApp link session, stored encrypted on our server so the portal can send messages from the number you link.
- Contact lists and messages you upload (phone numbers, names and other columns in your Excel/CSV files), your message templates, attachments and send reports.
- Opt-out list: numbers that replied STOP or similar, so they are never messaged again.
- Basic usage counts (messages sent per day) to enforce your package limits.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: sign you in, send the messages you schedule, show your reports and enforce daily limits. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use your contact lists for our own marketing.
Where it is stored
On our private server (OVHcloud). Access is limited to CYBEX administrators for support and abuse prevention.
Your responsibilities
You must only upload contacts who have agreed to hear from you, and you are responsible for the messages you send from your number.
Deleting your data
You can unlink your WhatsApp and delete campaigns at any time from the portal. To delete your whole account and all its data, email aftab802@gmail.com and we will remove it within 7 days.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes.
