1. The service
CYBEX WhatsApp Portal lets you send personalised WhatsApp messages from your own linked WhatsApp number to contacts you upload. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Acceptable use
- Only message people who know your business and have agreed to receive messages (students, customers, enquiries).
- No spam, bought or scraped lists, scams, harassment, adult content, gambling, or anything illegal in Pakistan or the recipient's country.
- Respect opt-outs. The portal blocks numbers that reply STOP; do not try to work around it.
- Do not try to bypass daily limits or pacing.
3. Your WhatsApp number
The portal connects as a linked device on your number. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers that send bulk messages or get reported. You accept this risk. CYBEX is not responsible for bans, lost numbers or lost chats.
4. Packages and limits
Every account gets a free daily message limit (currently 200 per day). Higher packages are set by CYBEX. Limits reset at midnight Pakistan time. We may change limits and packages with notice.
5. Suspension
We may disable or remove any account that breaks these terms, receives complaints, or puts the service at risk — with or without notice.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Delivery of any message is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, CYBEX's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
